Refund Policy for Non-Attendance of Entire Course

We understand that circumstances may prevent students from starting their course as planned. To address this, we offer partial refunds for students who pay but do not attend any classes under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Partial Refund:

• Refunds are only provided if the student does not attend any classes of the course.

• Students must request a refund within 7 days after the course start date.

How to Request a Partial Refund:

• Provide your course registration details and the reason for non-attendance.

Conditions:

• Partial refunds are calculated based on the course fee minus any administrative costs.

• No refunds will be provided for pre-recorded sessions, downloadable materials, or any other course components.

• This policy applies only to complete non-attendance and not to individual missed classes within a course.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content in our courses. However, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our courses are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Tech Camp. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights.
